After emigrating to Australia in 1988 and running three critically acclaimed restaurants in Perth and Melbourne, Gary and his wife Belinda travelled north and eventually opened the popular Joenz on Food in Sanctuary Cove.

Fresh seasonal produce is always on the menu at Jonez on Food and diners can be treated to delicious delights such as seafood medleys featuring Gold Band Snapper, John Dory, Prawns, Muscles and Scallops all cooked to perfection in a creamy garlic herb and white wine sauce. Regulars will also attest to just how good the Crab Linguine is, one of the most popular dishes that Gary and the team serve up.

For meat lovers, you can’t go past the Indo-Fijian Goat Curry served with Saffron Rice, Chutney, Raita, Pickle and Onion Paratha, or the Confit of Duck Risotto teams with fresh Morels, Reggiano and Black Truffle.

For food connoisseur who like to taste a little bit of everything, Gary regularly hosts specially prepared degustation menus and wine dinners where he teams up with some of the best names in the industry to bring guests al all-inclusive dining experience.
