Mulpha secures Jones & Co Grocer to take over IGA tenancy at Sanctuary Cove

Sanctuary Cove owner and developer Mulpha has secured award winning food retailer Jones & Co Grocer (Jones Retail Group) to take over the IGA tenancy in the Sanctuary Cove Marine Village, effective immediately.
Jones Retail Group will work with Mulpha to expand and upgrade the store from 663sqm to 1000 sqm, with the aim of introducing their full line supermarket offering in 2025.
Jones & Co Grocer has become Queensland retail industry leaders with their emphasis on fresh food sourced and prepared locally, competitive pricing and friendly service, which has seen its dramatic expansion throughout Southeast Queensland.

Today, Jones Retail Group includes 10 Jones & Co Grocer IGA locations throughout Southeast Queensland along with other infrastructure to support the manufacture and supply of over 1000 different Jones & Co Grocer branded products.
