What to do at this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show

At this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show there is so much to see and do in Sanctuary Cove’s Shopping and Dining precinct. Take a moment from the motor yachts, gadgets and trailer boats to discover what’s on offer. 

You’re spoilt for choice at Sanctuary Cove with over 18 waterfront restaurants, cafes and bars with picturesque marina views for you to dine in. 

We’ve got you sorted for your ultimate day of dining while visiting the 2023 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

At 7.00am grab a quick breakfast to fuel you for your day visit Bistro 19 for their renowned omelettes (a local’s favourite) or check out Rise Bakery for the absolutely delecatable sweet and savoury pastries. 

10.00am is time to drop into Pier B for your coffee or light snack, or take in the views and action at Little Cali Kitchen + Bar. 

12.00pm is lunch time, and there are so many options to choose from! In the heart of it all check out Chim Thai Restaurant, Pablito’s Mexican and Tequilaria or Red Steakhouse. All leaving you fuelled up and ready to take on the rest of the day’s event. For a more casual affair pop into newly styled Anchor Buoy for fresh seafood, salads and meals, or Sushi Break for some food on the run. 

If an afternoon tipple is looking good, at 3.00pm drop into Destino Wine & Cocktail Bar for a Mediterranean escape with their Santorini Spritz Cocktail, or Café Bravo which is tucked away with water views, alternatively Cove Tavern’s new outdoor seating will give you a chance to soak up the sunshine with a cold beer or wine.  

As the sun sets, make a booking for dinner at Sanctuary Cove. Try Dragon Cove Chinese Restaurant, Ioesco Cucinca or InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort’s signature restaurant, The Fireplace. For something a bit more casual head to Cove Tavern, George’s Paragon Seafood Restaurant or George’s Pizza Café. And why not grab a gelato from Rose Gelateria when the night is over, there are so many flavours to choose from.
