Meet Sanctuary Cove Marina’s Ambassador and former Below Deck Alumni Francesca Rubi at this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

Francesca will be walking around the show from Thursday 25th May to Sunday 28th May.

See her at the Sanctuary Cove Marina Stand between G and H Piers on Saturday or in the Lagoon Lounge for Ladies Day on Sunday.

Meet our new ambassador for Sanctuary Cove Marina, Francesca Rubi.

Francesca Rubi grew up on the Sydney beaches determined to live an adventurous life. This determination underwrote early success in event management, which was exciting but to gain global experience, superyachts were a natural extension.

Francesca leveraged her energy and business acumen from events to lead teams on some of the most prestigious modern superyachts. For 8 years Francesca has worked as Chief Stewardess and Purser, including two superyachts above eighty metres built respectively by the elite German builders, Lürssen and Abeking & Rasmussen.

These experiences led to onscreen opportunities promoting enviable destinations and some of Australia’s leading yacht brands, before landing the role as Chief Stewardess on Below Deck Caribbean Season 8 which brought her back to work on superyachts. The show highlighted the highs and lows of working aboard a chartered superyacht, presenting unique interactions, destinations and experiences.

Finding a love for working on superyachts and leading a team, Francesca now works as a purser on a private superyacht, dividing her time between Australia and overseas.

In parallel to these professional highlights, Francesca continues to lean-in to new personal challenges and tread her own path. This includes diverse interests from teaching Pilates to surfing.

The coveted role of Sanctuary Cove Marina Ambassador draws together Francesca’s yachting, event and presenting talents in one unique position. She is proud to showcase one of the best marina facilities in Australia, a destination for yachts and luxury experiences.  It is a chance to share some of her worldly superyacht experiences with fellow Australians.
