Dragon Cove Chinese Restaurant world class chefs are known for bringing authentic Cantonese dishes to the coast – Peking duck anyone? Warm up with their Beijing Beef Julienne with oriental sauce this winter. A glass of red wine is highly recommended with this flavourful, winter warmer to really indulge.

Pablito’s Mexican Cuisine and Tequilaria is Sanctuary Cove’s newcomer, and has become a local favourite for a reason. Explore the taste of authentic Mexican flavours with a Taco Share Board as you sip on speciality margaritas made from the finest tequila available.

At Ioesco Cucina you always on the Italian coast. This venue has been bringing authentic Italian dining to Sanctuary Cove for over a decade, with a delicious seasonal menu with contemporary interpretations of Napoli cuisine. Enjoy dishes like Steak Primavera with a glass of Side Step Shiraz on the side during the winter months – Italian is the best comfort food after all.

Red Steakhouse is a modern Australian fine dining at its best! Known for their high quality cuts of meat, this restaurant is the perfect spot for dinner in the cooler months with stunning views of the Sanctuary Cove marina. You can’t go past their Beef Wagyu Wellington with mushroom pate duxelles, spinach, prosciutto, puff pastry and a red wine jus with a glass of Castagna Shiraz Sangiovese on a chilly night.

Nothing says winter dining like The Fireplace at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort. This fine dining destination showcases wood-fired cuisine using only locally sourced produce. New Executive Chef, Hamish Watt brings his wealth of experience working in high end restaurants across London, New Zealand and Australia to the InterContinental, so expect the very best. Tackle a 1kg 150 day grain fed Tomahawk Steak from Toowoomba with a whole Moreton Bay Bug on the side!

If you love seafood, George’s Paragon Seafood Restaurant is guaranteed to be a favourite. This institution serves only the freshest seafood alongside a wide selection of prime meats, poultry and veggies options – but their Fresh Seafood Platters are the real star of the show!

Casual Cafe Cuisines

Bistro 19 is often named the ‘Best Coffee on the Cove’, and their breakfast and lunch selection is a favourite among locals and visitors alike! Inject the taste of summer into your day with their Asian Salad. This salad packs a punch, made with grilled prawns, Asian greens, fresh chilli, coriander, red onion, cashew nuts and finished with home-made nuoc cham dressing.

Pier B Café is another brunch destination and a wholefood lover’s dream! With healthy and more indulgent options, Pier B is known for their smoothies, bowls and burgers! Treat yourself to a Karaage Chicken burger with side of fries and a fresh, nourishing juice on the side this winter.

It’s no secret that sushi is a staple on the Gold Coast, so make sure to treat yourself with a Chicken and Avocado Bowl from Sanctuary Cove’s own Sushi Break. If you’re on the go, Sushi Break offers takeaway so you can enjoy their fresh meals anywhere.
